INNSIDE MADRID SUECIA BY MELIÁ OPENS IN MADRID

The Innside Madrid Suecia Hotel has just opened its doors in Madrid, strengthening the Innside by Meliá brand in Spain by becoming the third property in the Spanish capital. The new hotel was opened by Meliá CEO, Gabriel Escarrer.

The latest opening came less than a year after the Innside Madrid Génova and Innside Madrid Luchana arrived in Madrid and forms part of 56 new hotels that Meliá Hotels International plans to open in the next two years. The property itself is also steeped in literary history as it is housed in the former Hotel Casa de Suecia, where Ernest Hemingway resided in the 1950’s.

The new hotel is situated in the heart of Madrid, next to the historic Círculo de Bellas Artes and just minutes away from Calle Alcalá, Gran Vía and Plaza Cibeles. It’s the perfect location for exploring Madrid’s cultural highlights, best shopping areas and gastronomic delights.

The hotel boasts 120 rooms and seven suites all fully equipped with the latest technology, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, plasma TV and mini bar. Some suites also include a spacious hallway and balcony. The piece de resistance has to be the “Loft Premium”, which offers panoramic city views.

Among its facilities, guests at the Innside Madrid Suecia can cool off at the rooftop pool, sip cocktails on the balcony or the rooftop bar, tuck into healthy Mediterranean food at the street level restaurant, Dado Deli, or relax in the lounge bar.

Prices start from £107.16 per night based on two people sharing room only and from £123.65 per night based on two people sharing including breakfast.
